This afternoon Kirsten kindly pointed out the date of my last post. I got the hint. So I broke out the camera and decided to take some snapshots of my little one. Here she is at Grandma and Grandpa's house on the playground that went up today.
More than swinging, Abby was interested in "fixing" the playground like Grandpa and Daddy.
She loved those wire strippers.
Grandpa got everything assembled except for the slide. Abby would have camped out to see it finished, but we decided to take her to the park so she wouldn't have to.
Love this of Daddy and Abigail. I don't suppose you can see the resemblance?
After a few times down the rather tame, straight slide, Abby moved on to the twisty, big kids slide. I don't think she'll go back.
We managed to break away from the playground to take a little walk on the beach.
Time to go, but we couldn't escape without two more times down the slide. Here she is on her way up.
And what trip to the park is complete without a tantrum when it is time to leave?
A very full, fun day. Now she's sleeping away, no doubt dreaming of slides. There you go, Kirsten. Enjoy!
